After a period of consultation, we're delighted to launch the latest version of our 5 Core Values. These values are intended to sum up our culture and ethos in a way that our students and staff can easily understand and communicate. We'll keep working to embed these across all of our provision, to ensure everyone reaches their potential in a healthy, happy environment.
Community: We value creating a supportive environment where students, families, and staff can come together based on collaboration and acceptance. We encourage our students to be active members of the LAMP community, participate in activities, and contribute to its well-being.
Acceptance: We value treating everyone with kindness and acceptance, recognising and embracing individual differences, and creating a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
Respect: We believe in treating others with respect and dignity, valuing different perspectives and experiences, and creating a culture of mutual respect and understanding.
Exploration: We believe in the power of curiosity and exploration, encouraging our students to ask questions, seek answers, and discover new ideas and possibilities.
Self-expression: We believe that creativity and self-expression are essential to learning and growth. We encourage our students to find their own voice, to express themselves in their own unique way, and to embrace their individuality.
