So Smooth!


Some of our LAMP students have been creating smoothie recipes with fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices. Yesterday two top smoothie creators shared their delectable concoctions with students and staff.

Smoothie 1: frozen summer berries, banana, honey, Greek yoghurt and milk.

Smoothie 2: cantaloupe melon, fresh ginger, banana and honey.

Quotes from the LAMP community include, “Mmmm”, “So good”, “I’m going to make that when I get home” and “Wow! Love the ginger”.
