Gender Diversity
We believe in creating a safe and inclusive environment for all of our students, and understand that for many young people on the autism spectrum, navigating gender identity can be challenging, and we are committed to providing the support and education that they need.

A high proportion of our students are gender diverse, and we are dedicated to ensuring that they feel valued, respected, and understood. To this end, we put students' preferred pronouns next to their names, making it easier for gender diverse students to feel comfortable and confident in their identity.

We believe in providing not just a welcoming and accepting environment, but also a well-informed one. Our staff are trained in the importance of gender diversity, and we work hard to ensure that our curriculum reflects this by including LGBT education and promoting inclusiveness.

We know that for many young people on the autism spectrum, finding a safe and supportive community can be a challenge. LAMP Learning is committed to being that community, and to supporting all of our students, regardless of their gender identity.

So whether you're a student, parent, or just interested in learning more about gender diversity and inclusiveness, we invite you to explore our website and get in touch with any questions you may have. We're here to support you, and to create a more inclusive future for all of our students.
